YDK BEACON — TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to the YDK BEACON application.
本規約はアプリケーション「YDK BEACON」に適用されます。
These terms govern the use of YDK BEACON ("the Service"), operated by YDK, K.K. ("we"). By connecting an Instagram professional account to the Service, the business and the individual acting on its behalf ("you") agree to these terms.
本規約は、株式会社YDK（以下「当社」）が運営する「YDK BEACON」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。Instagramプロアカウントを本サービスに接続することにより、事業者および当該事業者のために行為する個人（以下「利用者」）は本規約に同意したものとします。
The Service receives comments and direct messages addressed to your connected Instagram professional account, displays them in a shared inbox, and sends replies and follow-up messages according to rules you configure. You remain the sender of every message the Service transmits on your behalf, and you are responsible for its content.
本サービスは、接続されたInstagramプロアカウント宛のコメントおよびDMを受信して共有受信箱に表示し、利用者が設定したルールに従って返信および後続メッセージを送信します。本サービスが利用者に代わって送信するメッセージの送信者は利用者であり、その内容についての責任は利用者が負います。
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to operate. You must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Community Guidelines, and Japanese law, including the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail where applicable. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, to contact people who have not first contacted you, to impersonate another person or business, or to distribute content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
利用者は、自ら保有するか、運用の権限を有するアカウントのみを接続できます。利用者は、Meta Platform Terms、Instagramコミュニティガイドライン、および特定商取引法・特定電子メール法を含む日本の法令を遵守しなければなりません。未承諾のメッセージ送信、先に連絡していない相手への送信、他者・他事業者へのなりすまし、違法・誤認を招く・有害な内容の配信に本サービスを使用してはなりません。
The Service enforces the limits published by Meta, including the 24-hour standard messaging window, a maximum of one private reply per comment, and published rate limits. Recurring messages are sent only to recipients who have given an explicit opt-in to a named topic, and every such message includes a way to stop. You may not attempt to circumvent these limits.
本サービスは、24時間の標準メッセージウィンドウ、1コメントにつきプライベート返信1回、公開されたレート制限を含む、Metaが定める制限を強制します。継続的なメッセージは、トピックを明示したオプトインを得た受信者にのみ送信し、全メッセージに配信停止手段を含めます。利用者はこれらの制限の回避を試みてはなりません。
We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you breach these terms, if Meta requires it, or if continued operation would put other users of the Service at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to correct the problem.
利用者が本規約に違反した場合、Metaから要求があった場合、または継続により本サービスの他の利用者に危険が及ぶ場合、当社は事前の通知なくアクセスを停止または終了できます。状況が許す限り、当社は事前に通知し、是正の機会を設けます。
The Service depends on the Instagram Platform, which we do not control. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for interruptions, message delivery failures, or changes caused by the Instagram Platform. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
本サービスは、当社が管理しないInstagram Platformに依存します。当社は無停止での提供を保証せず、Instagram Platformに起因する停止・不達・仕様変更について責任を負いません。当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、当社の賠償責任の総額は、請求の原因となった事象の発生前3か月間に利用者が本サービスについて支払った料金を上限とします。
You may disconnect your account at any time from within the Service. On disconnection we delete your access tokens immediately, and conversation data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You may request immediate deletion at info@ydk-business.com.
利用者はいつでも本サービス内からアカウントの接続を解除できます。解除時にアクセストークンを直ちに削除し、会話データはプライバシーポリシーに従い削除します。即時削除の請求は info@ydk-business.com まで。
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising from them.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に起因する紛争については、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
