Data Deletion Instructions

How to have data processed by YDK BEACON deleted.
YDK BEACONが取り扱うデータの削除を請求する手順。

01　If you messaged or commented on a business／事業者へ連絡した方

  1. Send an email to info@ydk-business.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

    件名を「Data Deletion Request」として info@ydk-business.com 宛にメールを送信します。

  2. Include the Instagram username you used (for example @your_account) and the Instagram username of the business you contacted. We need both in order to locate the conversation.

    使用したInstagramユーザーネーム（例：@your_account）と、連絡した事業者のInstagramユーザーネームを記載します。会話の特定に両方が必要です。

  3. We verify the request, delete your Instagram-scoped user ID, username, profile picture, message history, comment history, and any opt-in record, and confirm by reply. We complete this within 30 days of receiving the request.

    当社は請求内容を確認のうえ、Instagramスコープ付きユーザーID・ユーザーネーム・プロフィール画像・メッセージ履歴・コメント履歴・オプトイン記録を削除し、返信で完了を通知します。受領から30日以内に完了します。

02　If you connected a business account／アカウントを接続した事業者の方

  1. Open YDK BEACON, go to Settings, and choose "Disconnect account". Your access token is deleted immediately and the application stops receiving any further data about your account.

    YDK BEACONを開き、設定から「アカウントの接続を解除」を選択します。アクセストークンは直ちに削除され、以後アカウントに関するデータの受信を停止します。

  2. To also erase the conversation history that was already stored, email info@ydk-business.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your account, and state the Instagram username of the account you disconnected.

    保存済みの会話履歴も消去する場合は、アカウントに登録されたメールアドレスから、件名「Data Deletion Request」で info@ydk-business.com 宛にメールし、接続解除したアカウントのInstagramユーザーネームを記載します。

  3. We delete all stored data for that account and confirm by reply, within 30 days.

    当社は当該アカウントの保存データをすべて削除し、30日以内に返信で完了を通知します。

03　Revoking access from Instagram／Instagram側での取り消し

You can independently revoke the application's access at any time from Instagram itself: open the Instagram app, go to Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove YDK BEACON. Revoking access stops all future data collection immediately. To also delete data already stored, send the email described above.

Instagram側からもいつでも独立してアクセスを取り消せます。Instagramアプリの「設定とプライバシー」→「ウェブサイトの許可」→「アプリとウェブサイト」からYDK BEACONを削除してください。取り消しにより以後のデータ取得は直ちに停止します。保存済みデータの削除も希望する場合は、上記のメールをお送りください。
